Love the analogy and difference in scrum approaches. My main question is the carryover. Let’s say you don’t discover any new work during the sprint, do you pull random items? Stuff from the top of the backlog? Either way depending on how concrete your sprint goal is these new items likely aren’t related. Doesn’t that set your next sprint up for a broad sprint goal? Or how have you dealt with that challenge?
